Awesome personal attention to what my son needed. They do not try and sell u a ball that u do not need but do find u a ball that fits your game. The drillers also are very knowledgeable and drill to your game.Extremely satisified with the way they approach the customer and attention to detail and take the time to talk to u.. Excellent Customer Service...
This shop has been open for a year. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly.The attention to detail that is put into every customers needs is awesome. The staff knows how to make your game better and even gives lessons. I would suggest you get on over and see for yourself. my game has improved and my newly refitted equipment is better than ever. The pros at Impact Bowling also stand out by staying current on the latest products and technology. They also invest their time and energy in supporting junior, high school, collegiate and international bowling. Not Too Bad!
I'v bought from just about everyone in town. These guys are fairly new to the area, but seem to be doing alright! I've been in there 3 times and they are always busy. I finally broke down and let them drill a ball for me. They wanted to change my fit a little. I didn't really agree, but trusted them for the moment. I had to wait to get my ball til later that afternoon, and went straight over to the bowling ally. The fit was different, and took a game to get used to, but I really like it and shot 195-244-279, right out of the gates. The shop is beautiful. Large in comparison to most, clean, and a large selection of balls- maybe 50 or more. Fair selection of shoes, and quite a few bags from what I remember...they were up on a shelf and I wasn't looking for a bag at the time. The guys seem knowledgeable, they are certified drillers from the plaque on the wall, and the person who works with you, drills your ball. (I like that!)
